Where wainscoting earns its keep in Dubai
Wainscoting is the working part of wall moulding. The lower third takes the bags, trolleys, abaya hems, and kids' hands that scuff a painted wall; the PU panel wipes clean instead of needing a repaint. Hallways, majlis rooms, dining rooms, and stair walls are where we fit it most.

How we set the dado line
The chair rail sits around a third of the wall height, but the exact line is set on your wall, not from a catalogue: socket and switch positions, door heads, and the furniture that will stand against it all move the number. We mark the line with a laser on the free visit so you approve it before profiles are cut.
Panel widths are then worked out per wall so the boxes stay even. An uneven last box beside a door frame is the tell of a rushed wainscoting job.
Wainscoting, panelling, or full wall moulding
Wainscoting stops at the chair rail. If the brief is picture-frame boxes up to the cornice, that is the wider wall moulding scope on the hub page. Same crew, same PU profiles, same paint-ready handover; this page is for the lower-wall job only.
PU wainscot vs MDF kits
Flat-pack MDF wainscot kits are cheap because they are supply-only and MDF does not like Gulf humidity or mop water. We specify pre-primed PU for Dubai homes: it shrugs off the floor line, takes any interior paint, and is light enough for adhesive fixing with no timber framework.
