How many square metres of artificial grass do I need?
To size a Dubai lawn, multiply length by width in metres. That figure is the starting m² before planter beds, pool coping, and curves are subtracted on the visit. What changes on a terrace
Terraces measure in metres, not plots. We template L-shapes and corners on site, cut around drains and AC condensate lines, and keep thresholds clear so doors still swing. Where pets use the balcony, we spec an easier-clean pile and leave the drainage path unobstructed.
